O-nly I-n C-anada have I seen, heard, and experienced :
- Wearing sunglasses at night! Summer sun is still up till 9pm, that's why!
- A pet dog without leash cross the street following its master's footsteps and the cars stopped for them to pass
- A bus driver refuse to take a passenger on board as he had seen him jaywalking to catch the bus
- Bus announces street names as it approaches
- A squirrel cross my path on my way to work
- A black bear go inside homes and rummage a fridge for food - wow! it's in the news!
- A cayote stroll at a nearby park - a friend actually saw it! well, if it's coyote ugly, it would've been a different story
- Birds of all kinds don't fly away when you walk past them
- Crows fly in droves and block the afternoon sky to perch on top of an office building
- Getting a box of frozen 12" pizza handed out as a promotion at a bus station
- Street beggars who are decent-looking
- Total strangers asking how are you doing
- "Kabayans" you encounter everywhere would suddenly talk to you and ask what province you come from
